Our Travancore Chicken Dosa folds a crisp, golden dosa over a Travancore-style spiced chicken filling. Where our classic dosas meet a bold, regional non-vegetarian twist – a Nitara signature southwest Edmonton guests do not find everywhere.
We start with the same naturally fermented rice and lentil batter used in our classic dosas, griddled fresh and thin for every order. Instead of the usual potato masala, it is filled with a Travancore-style spiced chicken filling, built on onions, curry leaves and a warm regional spice blend.
